I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

10:07 pace. Despite the conditions, I saw a lot of people out running. I felt like a dork though, because I'm the only one who had a neck gator. Maybe they're thinking, "Chicks dig scars." They really should consider that chicks can't see lung scarring.

Ohhhh man don't do that to a foreigner! It's almost worse than when a girl friend of mine said to me with a big smile "I got a rock on my finger" - I was horrified, the poor girl got a rock stuck in her finger that sounds painful!!! :)

As far as stability ball exercises go, they're so many of them. People have shown me some things, and I've looked up stuff online. The gnarliest thing I've seen is a guy doing squats with a barbell while standing on one.
