Four up the canyon with Adam. It was cold and I probably should have eased into my new mileage goals since November and December were pretty low. Most of my recent miles have been on the indoor track too. In other words, I had a pretty big IT band flare up. I walked some on the way back to keep it from totally blowing up. It didn't bother me the rest of the day, but I'll need to be very careful next week to keep things happy.
About 60 minutes of strength training this week. I also need to be careful with this over the next week or two. More stretching, go easy on the squats, but definitely do it.
