Went to Aberdeen for a morning track workout, because it is a national holiday. Did breakfast with some afterward because it is Kate's birthday! Fun to hang out with so many running friends. The workout is not really "hard", just 12 x 400m, with the 3rd, 7th, and 11th ones "hammered" or much faster. 4 miles warm up splits for the 400's were: 82, 83, 74, 81, 82, 81, 73, 81, 82, 79, 75, 80, then 4k cool down did 7k as part of a JJ run. He ran really well, and I ran during his breaks.
