Head out after work this morning, only 50 degrees out this a.m. I read (I think on Laura's blog) yesterday that that is the perfect running temp. and I think that I agree! Felt great but any cooler and I would have had to put on a long sleeve shirt. Saw scouts putting out flags in the neighborhood yards and it made me so greatful for the great country that we live in and for the many brave people willing to defend it!!!!

Well as soon as the kids are out the door, I am gonna have myself a little snooze, then head off for that massage, and right now I'm not feeling any guilt!!!!!

good for you for running after a night of working! I don't think I would have the energy. Keep up the hard work.

Kinda jealous how cool it is by you. Still in the 80's most mornings here. Aren't the flags wonderful! It reminded me to talk to the kids about "Patriot's Day" on the way to school. Thanks for the tips on vitamins- I give my kids a multivitamin, but I don't take anything-need to be better about taking a vitamin and stocking up on vit. C and other preventatives!

Woo-hoo! Enjoy that massage! And the nap! You definitely deserve it. Nice patriotic thought, I totally forgot it was 9/11 until just now.

You should never feel guilty about getting a massage!
