Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Last night at work I had one of the doc's inject my hip. He thinks I'll be miraculously cured. So I'm hoping he's right. He also thought that this morning would be too soon to know though. I decided to go do a small run just to feel how things felt. So far not too bad. It's a little sore at the injection site, but then having only done 2 miles who knows since it ususlly only gets going after about 3.5. But I'm really hoping! In addition to yesterdays run feeling hard my minimal little run today felt pretty yuck too, so need to kick it in a little harder and get past this. Hopefully I'm a new me tomorrow!

Mik'L's cell number is 435-632-2476. I may be out of town. I have to take the young men to Lake Powell and make sure everything runs smooth on the house boat. I know it really sucks.

Wait- Clyde did you say being on a houseboat in Lake Powell sucks?! Just kidding ya- eavesdropping- Anyway Michelle- take care of that hip. Probably good to keep the mileage low for a couple days and keep an eye on it....
