Set out for a long run this morning... The weather is warming up quicker than i expected but I was happy that o was able to finish my run with a quicker pace. I ran 20.3 in the morning. I did some weight training in the afternoon and ran 3.1 at 7.7 to 9.2 pace---running the 3.1 miles in a little bit over 23 minutes. I wanted to see if I could still get it out of me after the 20.3 run and the hour weight training. |
