Out to Fire Station (1.75mi) than 3x30sec and 4x1min. It was hard but a good hard! Freida helped me out a ton, i stayed up with her during the hills and we both pushed it really hard. This years gonna be exciting espically with Freida on our team! She's way sweet and friendly so you guys should get to know her too :D. plus she has a sweet accent! Poor JP has two huge blisters on her heel, there nasty! anywho go give her some pity but not too much ;) oh, and Tyson too. |
