Ran on the tredmil in the basement of my friends house in Georgia. worst.idea.ever. sweated a pool! tredmils are bad enough but the humidty? eww. i could almost grab the air. felt like throwing up, bleh. Did some ab workouts after but couldn't stand how sweaty i was so we jumped in a pool. but not the pool i sweated, an actual pool. felt nice. |
