i know, lame that it's only 2 but I've been sick and today was just too nice of a day out to not run or do something outside. So i snuck out without my madre knowing and took my dog with me out on a run on the dirt roads. I don't know why i've never taken my dog out on a run before! He's pretty good at doing some fartleks. The first half mile was just booking it cause he was so excited then the rest was a few surges. Felt pretty good but it's always a weird feeling when you're sick and running, just breathing funky and throat burning. Hoping to be out running tomorrow! |
