AM: 4x30sec w/ 1 min recovery, 3x800 w/ 2 min recovery, 2x1000 w/ 1 min recovery and harts warm up/ 1 mile cool down. holy cow! i was breathing like cra-sy! It was hard but it felt good finishing. Frida (Sweda..hahah) said she could hear me breathing and i was a good distance from her..so that just shows how terrible my breathing was.
PM: 3 miles out to the bridge-ish. i don't like that run. I hate cars, they stink with gasoline. and it sufficates me. ask frida, she agrees. It smelt like nail polish on the way back, it was gross. |
