I ran on my lunch break today at work. When I ran the other day my usual path was under some construction, I had complained to one of my team members that also worksout on lunch quite often. He told me about a new path that I could run on. Most of my coworkers bike at lunch. So it was 99% trails and I enjoyed it very much. One thing got my confused... on the way out there was a tree that you had to duck under, and on my way back I never seen it so I thought I had run a different path back, when I was explaining that to my co-worker, he told me that he had run out to the tree and cut it down... so that explained why it was not there on my way back LOL. I was a bit slow today... I think because it was a windy trail with some slippery areas.

| | Had a pretty good run this morning. Left my ipod in the car so I ran without music, this is something I don't usually do, but it was rather nice in a way. Have to go, I'm having a baby shower at my house in a couple of hours. 8.37 miles - 1:12
