I ran on my lunch break today at work. When I ran the other day my usual path was under some construction, I had complained to one of my team members that also worksout on lunch quite often. He told me about a new path that I could run on. Most of my coworkers bike at lunch. So it was 99% trails and I enjoyed it very much. One thing got my confused... on the way out there was a tree that you had to duck under, and on my way back I never seen it so I thought I had run a different path back, when I was explaining that to my co-worker, he told me that he had run out to the tree and cut it down... so that explained why it was not there on my way back LOL. I was a bit slow today... I think because it was a windy trail with some slippery areas.

Slow runs are really important :) Your new trail sounds fun. What was your friend doing with tools to remove trees? Is he an axe murderer? ;)

Marion, you crack me up... no he is just an engineer here at work, but some of them are pretty serious bikers. So they will bring things into work... then on their lunch bike or run out and fix the thing that was bugging them on the path so they can have a better run/ride.
