Ran 6 miles, but it was harder then the time shows. My left anckle and my right knee were hurting. Still having some fatigue issues. I don't think I have recovered from the WBR.

| | Only got a 5.5 in tonight. Between my potty issues and having to pick-up my dear Hubby form work because we car pool I was only able to get in 5.5. I did feel a bit better then yesterday. I took some anti-inflamatory meds. at lunch time and I think that helped my ackyness. 5.5 miles - 49:46 |

Today was one of those runs that makes you realizes why you love to run. And so thankful that I live so close to the mountains. I really needed a changed of scenery so I ran the trails above 22nd street in Ogden. I love these trails and today it felt great!! I was able to take some of the hills faster then I have been able to in the past. Also I think I finished my regular loop faster then I had in a while. I don't know the mileage, I just time myself and estimate the miles. I think next time I might do some longer runs up by Snow Basin. I had a low mileage week, but I guess that's OK. I'm out on furlough from work for 4 weeks so hopefully I can get more lovely morning trail runs in. :) 9 miles - 1:25:46 |
