I noticed severe lack of sleep this week. So some trouble ahead - slow runs, reduced immune system. Probably good that you ran only 2 miles in this condition. Get some sleep, recover from the illness, eat healthy foods in abundance, and once you feel better start training normally. In the meantime, just jog for a couple of miles every day to sweat off some junk and to monitor your health level.

Sasha, thanks for the advise, I guess I thought that it had not effected me as much as it had. I'm hoping now that I'm home I will get the good sleep that I need and be back to feeling better soon.
