Nice easy 5 towards Jake's house on the farm roads and back to mine on 2450. Averaged 8:51/mile. Gotta love cold mornings when you run past a delicious steamy sewer..yuck! The farm roads meant dealing with my biggest fear: Cows (special thanks to my Coach for adding to that fear!) . I survived! I kept thinking of Kyler when I was on the farm roads. When I was a sophomore, he would take me off-roading there in his truck after XC practice. Hope the MTC is treating him well! After the run, I went to the Temple with some of the girls on the team. We've done this several times before and it always makes me so happy when they ask me to take them. LOVE MY GIRLS!! |
