So today we did a workout- Harts warm/cool except I wasn't able to finish the cool down....but we did a time trial of 2000 meters with a 3 minute recovery then 2x1000's. I got times that were alright, my biggest goal was to stick with Aubrey. She pushed me alot which was good. My 2000 was 8:11 with a split time of 3:50 and 4:21. So that wasn't very consistent. The first 1000 I got 4 minutes and the Second I got 4:08. My breathing was really terrible today! I just hope i will feel better tomorrow! |
