| | I couldn't take it anymore. This weekend was boring because everyone was out of town back home for the Holiday. I laced up my shoes and jogged around Adams Morgan for a bit. I felt like shit from not running for two days, drinking a lot of beer, and eating like shit. It still didn't stop me from eating 5 Guys for dinner. Although I don't feel the greatest, my better eating running diet is coming back tomorrow. I'm planning on hitting the gym tomorrow morning for some lifting, do the same Tuesday, and then start the long Boston Marathon training quest on Wednesday with an easy 6 miles. |

| | met up with some friends who are also running Boston. I wanted to get in 10 easy averaging 7:00. here were the splits: 7:13, 7:03, 6:48, 6:42, 6:37, 6:31, 6:34, 6:37, 6:31, 6:37. It felt pretty easy talking the whole way and I'm now more confident that I will be able to hold 6:30 pace for my long runs. |
