Not a perfect progression as some miles were far more downhill than others but still very satisfying to run so fast with so little effort. very windy and raining this morning. It was nice since there were 90% less cyclists and fair weather joggers, but it sucked once my feet were wet and I was soaked for an hour+. still far better than the heat though
