4 miles in the Five-Fingers and then 4 miles in the Kinvaras. Tonight, seriously, was one of those nights that, given the time, I probably could have run forever. Maybe not in the Five-Fingers, but in the Kinvaras--maybe. I just felt SO good. I could feel towards the end of the 4 Five-Finger miles that my calves and feet were really getting a good workout--tomorrow I think I'll be a bit sore. AHHH! I want to put on my shoes and run some more!
