9.0 miles / 1:22:02 / 9:07 pace / Home Missed a run this morning, attempted to make up for it tonight. Sorta. Set out to do 6, came back with 9. Felt good. Lots of crap littering my mind though--running usually helps clear it out. Today, not so much. :| Oh well. Dropped out of the Buffalo Run 50k and fell into the Buffalo Run 25k. There's just no way I could do the 50k and feel good about it. Or feel good after it.
