Flash back to 2005 and a bout of the flu in the days prior to SGM.  I DNF'd that year, have beat myself up over and over again on account of it.  But, having spent the day sick in bed yesterday with the flu again, I think I remember why I jumped ship back in '05.  I'm registered to run the New Year's Revolution run thing at the Olympic Oval on Saturday.  I wonder how that'll turn out...

What a bummer!!! I hope you feel better, or good enough to run on Saturday. I'm signed up for that thing at the oval, too, but I am so out of shape, there's no way I'd make the 4 hours I signed up for. Oh well, maybe I can sleep in.
