Treadmill.  One of the "programmed" workouts.  Big flipping deal...  I guess that's the price I pay for going cheap on the machine.  Oh well.

Will have to work on creating some enhanced manual workouts on the beast I guess.

My TM has really lame programmed runs. The most miles were like 5 and fastest speed was 7mph. I can blame it on my hubby. He bought it 5 yrs ago from Costco when I was out of town. Well, we didn't know anything about TM nor running.

Create your own TM runs. Have you read the Feb RW issues? There's a whole article on TM running, The Upside of Running Inside. Page 68-69 has a few workouts you may want to try out.

It definitely takes a good imagination to be creative on the treadmill.

Yeah I liked the articles in RW too. But nothing beats running outside.
