Need a different flashlight.  That or I need to use my headlamp.

And why is it that some drivers have the need to edge over as close as possible without actually hitting me?  Is it like a moth's attraction to light?

I've noticed that, too. It scares me. No wonder I run more on the sidewalks now.

Hey! NICE post of your AWESOME runs! I tried posting my garminconnect in my entry it didn't work and then I tried posting in as an image like yours it still didn't work.

But, now I can stalk you! Haha!!!!

Did you have a nice AF Canyon with your daughter on Sat.? It was quite a cold and windy day!

Smooth: Yes, very nice. Although cramming for Ogden is the last thing I want to do, here I am doing it...

When you post your runs in garmin.connect it'll give you an "EMBED" option above your map. Click on that, copy the code, and paste it into your FRB entry. Post the entry and then go back in to edit it and it should be there.

You can stalk me all you want.

The run on Saturday with the girls didn't happen. Too many things going on in too many different places.

It will be fun to see you at Ogden. I am doing the Half so I will be able to cheer you in!
