Route B - Out and Back on 7th East Dragged my little body out of bed in the cold, dark morning. Put on all my flashy thingies and headed out the door. Mile 1 - 12:20 - zombie phase Mile 2 - 12:04 - hungry Mile 3 - 11:59 - glad no one jumped out at me from the cemetary as I ran by Mile 4 - 11:34 - anxious to get home It was kind of peaceful running with less traffic around. I could just listen to the pitter patter of my Vibram FiveFingers hitting the ground. And - cars in Sandy don't aim at me as much in the dark as they did in Layton. Must apologize to the neighbors. My cell phone alarm had been ringing for 30 minutes when I got home. I'll have to get up a little earlier. It was a tight fit getting in the run, showering and getting dressed and making it into the office by 7 a.m.
