Paul and I at work started week 6 of the 100 pushup challenge and decided we are not enjoying it at all anymore. We will be doing push-ups - but not as seriously as that program. (C'mon - started out with a set of 45, then 55, then 35 - at that point we quit and there were 2 more sets). After work I walked 5 miles. Stopped at the gym and did 10 minutes on the torso cardio machine, then 10 minutes on the moving stairs machine. 45 minutes of upper body strength training. Walked home and ate dinner.
