After two hard leg days in a row, the legs were really heavy. Ran up 7th E to 90th S then up behind Wallyworld and up 9400 to 13th. Ran down to Golds Gym and did an upper body workout. Ran home then did a cooldown with the dog.

Nice job, Maurine. I haven't checked your blog for a long time. How have you been?

Dale (I think that is your name :) ) - I'm doing good. Very busy with work and I don't spend a ton of time on the FRB any more. Running is coming along. After the Goofy challenge in January I am going to take a year off of marathons and try to build up my base speed to a decent pace.
How are you?

That's my name, don't wear it out. lol
I'm doing pretty good. Just starting to ramp up the mileage a bit for a couple of races.
I'm thinking about doing the triple trail challenge next summer. Get away from road races until SGM.
