I had a hard time falling asleep last night - so ran after work. My goal was to get finished before dark - and I did that. Had to run off lunch from Cheesecake Factory - the bosses wanted to thank me and I didn't dare refuse (I'm soooooo nice). No energy, legs felt like lead, I wanted to quit off and on the entire run. I've probably done too much mileage and 2-a-days this week compared to the past - but I was enjoying myself. 12:21/11:47/11:47/11:36 - Even though I really felt like I was plodding along - looking at my times I can tell that Sasha's recommendations are working and I am getting a little faster as I get stronger. Thumbs and face were cold - otherwise I was dressed properly.
