1 hour weight training on back, biceps and core. 40 minutes hard on the elliptical trainer. Got ticked off halfway through when I was dripping sweat and two women got on treadmills in front of me and turned off the fan. After they did a leisurely 15 minutes and got off, I asked if they would mind turning on the fan and they looked kind of sheepish not realizing they had only thought of themselves. 2 miles with the dog.
