1 hour upper body weight training. 5.25 miles on the treadmill. Worked on shaking up the legs and trying to get a little speed back (at least my idea of speed). After the warmup I went through several repetitions where I would kick the speed up between 6.0 and 6.5 mph and drop the speed .1 mph every minute or 30 seconds. Felt good to push again.
