The right knee is still pretty sore on the inside of the knee when I try to straighten it fully. I am going to do an upper body workout tonight and a little walking, but nothing to blog about. I have a doctor's appointment for tomorrow afternoon just to make sure that I am letting the leg heal correctly. With two marathons and a 50 miler in the next 6 weeks, I can't push the leg and have it recover in time. My plan right now is to not swim or run until I go on vacation on Thursday morning. Then, lots of hiking on vacation and maybe some gentle running. I do want to do some pushup and core/abs work every day while on vacation. Exciting - we have tickets to Wicked on Sunday night!
