Thanks, Allie. I'm paying today. Three hard leg days in a row have left me wiped - so only walking today.

Is that trail accessible from Draper City Park?

NICE night run sans moonlight! :)

Smooth - this is the trail that you ran with me and some other people a couple of years back. Starts out from the park and then you can choose to do either the Canal Trails or the Porter Rockwell Trail. It was fun.

Cool! We're (RAD and company) running the Porter Rockwell this Sat. I may choose the Canal Trail. I need to run some trail. PCM will have me doing some on the Rail trail.

Smooth - they are paved trails. However, a lot of the time I can run alongside on the equestrian trail to get some trail time.

Another option I like to get trail time (without snakes) is Jeremy Ranch Road - nice and wide and dirt and gravel.

Thanks for the heads up. Is Jeremy Ranch Rd up by Park City?

Yes. So you get altitude training. Take the exit before the Outlet Mall, head left, turn left again after you go under the freeway, then a right up the hill and you work drive around the golf course and we see a ton of cars parked on a road to the left hand side. Get out and run (7 miles each way with lots of hills).

Super! Thanks for the direction!
