Signed up for the Goofy Challenge in January, 2011. My daughter is training for her first half marathon at Disney World and I will be able to sherpa for her during that run.
PM - 1 mile with the dog, then 3 miles on the elliptical. Legs still feel 'heavy' when working out, so not pushing too hard. 35 minutes weight training with my personal trainer I am now seeing twice a month. 45 pushups
