7 miles in the evening in the Michigan heat and humidity. It started to pour partway through my run and ruined my new BodyBUGG. What a waste of $250.

I still can't believe they're making you 'eat it' and won't do anything for you!! However, VERY nice miles there - especially with the heat and humidity!

Don't worry about Maurine. You can do it without it. I know you can..

You're as bad at me--three days between blogs. You are one busy lady. That sucks about the body bug. I'm sorry to hear about that. I've heard they are great tools, butI guess not very waterproof. Shoot. I hate that. I dropped over to say hi on your RHPC race report...but we're still on Wednesday over here so I'll just have to time travel. It was fun to see you today. You have been busy, but thanks for making time to come do RHPC. I enjoyed just hanging out and eating, and laughing after the run. Glad the sun didn't come out too much sooner--it was hot those last 2 miles! Anyway, I loved the RHPC because it's small enough I get to see all my favorite people for a bit. So good to say hi and hang out for a bit!
