Caught up some on sleep last night. The knees are really achy today - so I am walking errands instead of doing a long run.
Walked the puppy 2.5 miles.
Walked to the post office and another store and back - 2 miles.

I guess our plans to do a nice long run went down the sewer, oh, well maybe next week. Hope those knees feel better soon.

I hope your knees start feeling better. Mine are REALLY starting to feel better after taking a week off from running. I was worried about losing some of my fitness, but I feel really strong now, so no worries.
