Walked the puppy 2 miles this morning. I am still pretty tired. Think I'll get a substitute in nursery so I don't have to wrestle kids for 2 hours.
I registered for the Top of Utah Marathon yesterday - so am back on track for my Grand Slam.

Leslie - I'd love to run with you again anytime. Of course, I work when you play and I train when you work - makes it hard.
Steve - still thinking of my plan, but want to do about 5.5+ miles on weekdays until the end of June, 6 miles in July, 7 miles in August.
I am thinking Mondays will be a speed workout at the track with 1/4 and 1/2 mile intervals for the June-August at sub 9 minute pacing. One day a week with a medium long run on trails. One weekday with tempo runs (pace or heart rate to be determined) starting at 20 minutes and increasing 10 minutes every 2 weeks. Long run on the weekend will be done with 9 minutes running/1 minute walking.
How does that sound?
