Eleven miles walking down to the trax trail and along it. I got in about 5 of those miles on the equestrian trail portion. I was glad when the weather finally warmed up, but that was only the last mile. Enjoyed listening to the Nutrition Diva podcasts. .6 miles jogging with Twilight. I did not push the pace on anything today. My entire goal for at least the first half of the week is to get in mileage, but not push. I will try and roll out my pelvic region and ice it and the knees tonight. Might be a good week to improve my stretching habits.
