AM:  8 easy miles on the treadmill at my home.

PM-1:  10 easy treadmill miles at the Lehi Legacy Center during my lunch break. For the first time since starting practice, I had an unexpected freeing up of my mid-day schedule. So I immediately seized the opportunity and decided to get a run in. I may never get this lunch-time opportunity again. The only problem with running during a lunch break is there's hardly any time for lunch. And I was starving! Fortunately I found something to wolf down before starting afternoon clinic. Boy, I'm getting sick of the treadmill, but it's definitely doing the job.

Way to stay consistent while playing it smart. You are the man Matt. I hope your hip flexor is on the mend.

Take care of that HF. Nice job getting it done. The TM can do wonders for reversing oncoming injuries. I think snow/ice are more detrimental since they alter your running form.

Mike: masochist is right. Not sure what I'm thinking. It's doing the job though.

Justin: Thanks bro. You are the treadmill king and always will be.

Melody: Great advice! I think you are dead on. Great running yourself this week.

Sometimes its good to have a week where you up the volume but drop the intensity a bit. It helps build that endurance base up.
