TRACK WORKOUT -- LEHI HIGH SCHOOL
11 miles. Mike and me. ~ 5 mile warm-up (with a few laps of strides on the straight-aways), 2 mile warm-down. Great weather for February: mild temperature, minimal wind, slight rain.
Did 3 x 1600m repeats (with 800m jog between intervals). 4:54, 4:54, 4:47 . Felt very strong. Had to try for sub-4:50 on the last one.
