Personal:

Married to Elizabeth (she got me running in 2003). We have three boys, Lucas (12) , Sam (8) and Ollie (5).

Many years ago, I read that the AVERAGE male is capable of a 2:40 marathon.  I decided to test that theory.  I began running in 2003 with Top of Utah as my first marathon (4:24).  I need 3 more minutes.

Today is the first chance I've had to run this week.  We are in the middle of packing, so I may not get another chance again this entire week.  Our movers did not show up today to load in the truck, so the run helped to reduce my stress.  I fired those guys and have a new company coming in on Thursday.  I did a mix of road and trails today.  I plan on running more trails in Salt Lake this year before it snows.

Mark- are you guys moved back yet?

I've included you on our group emails (runamoks@greenphotodesign.com), but I'm not sure if you're getting the messages. Obviously, we're gearing up for St George right now, so we've got a St George-specific long tempo run this Saturday and Emigration Canyon next Saturday.

We'll all be taking some time off after the marathon, but you should start running with us in preparation for Tuscon.
