Personal:
Married to Elizabeth (she got me running in 2003). We have three boys, Lucas (12) , Sam (8) and Ollie (5).
Many years ago, I read that the AVERAGE male is capable of a 2:40 marathon. I decided to test that theory. I began running in 2003 with Top of Utah as my first marathon (4:24). I need 3 more minutes.

Good run.
It looks like its you and me next Sunday!! The title goes through Moe!!
Mitchell wanted to drop some of his players so I could pick them up. If there wasn't money involved, I may have taken him up on it. But it seemed a little unethical.

It was nice to be back in shorts. It was a little bit of a struggle to get out of work early so I could run and make the running Christmas party at 6 PM. You missed some fun, but I hope you aced your final.
We should try and get together with the kids on Sunday, so they can witness my Super Bowl revenge. I was waiting for Mitchell or someone to drop players, because I sure could use them!
