I ran the Hogle Zoo loop backwards today up 1300 E. My old Garmin Forerunner 201 "marked" me somewhere up Emigration, thus I ran 10 miles in record time. Its time to buy a new Garmin. OK, so I know Sash makes some money and supports this site with advertising, but I am getting a little tired of reading that I can cut 3 lbs of my belly fat every week by using this 1 "weird old tip"... here's a tip: Get off the couch and go for a run.
