I have begun tempo work again at East High in preparation for a February marathon. I did 4x1000 and will add one every week until the end of December when I switch over to 800's. I plan on continuing my 7x 200 on Sundays for speed. Track work twice a week is a little draining, but I know it helps me improve. I saw BJ coaching at the track. He was a little disappointed with his Kona Ironman. Apparently, he had trouble with the run. He is recovering now, but will be back at it soon. Also, I ran with my old Garmin 201. It seems so antiquated.
