Always a big accomplishment for me to get in that first run after a marathon. It usually isn't necessarily pretty but it is a start.
This morning's run was extra special. I ran with my two brothers. I don't think we have ever been on a run together. It has been years since we have all been together at the same time (probably not since my second oldest brother (Tim)'s wedding in 2001. The other amazing thing is that about 2 months ago he had several stents put in around his heart, and now he is back running.
We ran in Yellowstone near the geyser field around Old Faithful. Went from the Old Faithful Inn to the "morning glory" pool and then back. On the way out saw a bison out near the geysers, then on the way back the same bison was less than 20 feet from the trail munching on some grass.
