First up was 3 miles at Tempo: 7:29, 7:23, 7:23
(first set was a little bit slower than goal but was pretty sure I'd get faster. This workout is supposed to get progressively faster each set so actually kind of on goal).
Second set: 7:14, 7:20, 7:11
Third set: 7:15, 7:02
Good to get this run completed, slowly going in the direction I want.
