I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

I walked this morning.  It is muggy and overcast with flying ants everywhere :(  I ran a very little bit, but it started to feel a little to stressed in the calf, so I stopped.  The walking felt fine, slow and mentaly irritating, but fine.  I saw Kim and Jennifer (I think- I hope, please forgive me if your name wasn't Jennifer :)  I wanted to run back down with them, but I knew that would just be stupid, so I sauntered onward.

I have a massage with Josse today, and I am hoping for some magic.  My calves just feel like overinflated balloons that are always on the verge of popping.  They don't ever seem to be able to relax at all anymore.  Majic massage with Josse!  It was go great to meet her kids and get my legs beaten (or scraped) into submission ;)  They are on the mend and I am THRILLED!!!!

I'm off to do some yoga before work!  Have a great day everyone!

Eeyore out! (how do you spell Eeyore- is that right?)

We walked with the kids tonight for fun :)  It was about 1 mile.  Hey- I rode the bike for a bit too.  I say "the bike" because ALL of our bikes tires are flat except the one I weasled away from my 11 year old, Kate.  Surprisingly enough, I can still ride a bike.  It was fun!

You are right with spelling eeyore. (Thanks for noticing me) I am sorry for the calves but hurray for you for not giving up and "Just keep moving forward"

I used to live in Fox hall at byu so can I be a foxy lady too? Have a great week.

Good to see you out this morning. I hope Josse can work some majic on you! Good luck! Soon you will be back to your bouncy Tigger self instead of feeling like Eeyore!

Keep up the good work being kind to your calf. Better to take it easy than the repent in leisure.

Laurie- Of course you may be in the "fox" club!

Kim- Josse worked the Eeyore out of me in my massage today. Tigger is starting to bounce again :)

Maurine- I HATE repenting! I will be VERY good!

My calves have been really tight too lately, but they feel swollen and tight (not necessarily sor). Give a Report on how the massage/scrapping feels tommorrow! Thanks, keep up the good work!
