It's a perfect morning for a run, but my hips are screaming YOGA!!! So, I am going to do a good hour of yoga this morning :)

Here is what I can hear coming from my room-

Mac (5)- "Can you breath?"

Muffled Ford (8)- "Yeah,"

Mac- "Can you breath now?",

Muffled Ford- "Yeah",

Mac- "Can you breath now?"

Muffled Ford- "Yeah"

This goes on for about 5 minutes.  I figure Ford can breath so long as I can hear his responses ;)

If there are any guys out there today, WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THESE BOYS THINKING???  Boys are just plain strange!!!

Have a beautiful day!  The sunlight is SO beautiful this morning.  It's extra pretty today :)

***PM- bike ride and 50 minutes of Yoga.  By how the yoga felt, I am seriously in need of more regular yoga!  My quads were solid and immovable- great for moral character, bad for injury free running legs ;)

I need FROSTING!  Thanks a lot Kelli and Leslie!!!

They aren't thinking. They are instinctively living on the edge.

You gotta love them. Is Ford still breathing?

From Marion on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 10:13:58 from 71.213.108.234

Yes- he and Mac have now hidden easter eggs all over the house. I suppose the hunting instinct is just to strong to fight ;)

Ya gotta love boys.... they grow up to be really cool men :) Sounds like you have some cute little guys!

Sometimes I am so glad I only have a girl. Sometimes. ;) You might enjoy a book called "Up to no good: the rascally things boys do as told by perfectly decent grown men." Also, "What Could He Be Thinking?: How a Man's Mind Really Works" By Michael Gurian (Sorry. Former librarian. Can't help myself.)

Marion, you make me laugh!! Boys are so fun aren't they?!? Yesterday my son had to 'gather' every stick he could find in the sq mile of the park - AND take it home. He must have more of the 'gatherer' in him :) Hope you enjoyed Yoga, I get my yoga fix tomorrow --- oohhh, I LOVE Thursdays!!

From RAD on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 13:34:01 from 67.166.99.8

I am more in favor of solid quads than jello quads.

Good Job girl!! You are awesome!! One more thing we have in common, I could live on frosting!! What is it about frosting?? Mmmmmmmm, now I am craving it too!

From tarzan on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 15:40:24 from 63.255.172.2

Are you in a sugar cookie with frosting induced coma right now?

From Marion on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 15:59:09 from 71.213.122.185

Naw- I am in a "waiting for the babysitters to get home" coma ;) I took a chance that the weather would be nicer this afternoon than it was this morning and it looks like I am going to hit pay dirt! :) There might even be some sun :)

From Kelli on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 17:41:52 from 71.219.84.191

Really? It has stopped raining here but it is also about 20 degrees colder.

From Marion on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 18:38:24 from 71.213.122.185

Yes, my dear- it was 52 when I left and now it is 52. the sun is shining on my beautiful daffodils :) We are blessed :) Now I am going to blog my beautiful run ;D

From The Howling Commando on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 18:53:37 from 72.224.24.41

Funny note.. I converted my 4 hours of biking using your 12:1 formula and got 19.73 miles of running. No wonder I'm pooped!

Is it wiiiiindy there?!
