I slept in this morning! YIKES! I was very tired and might have never awoken in my little Will hadn't come in and started to cry because he could not find me. I was one with my bed, flat on my stomach and invisible to the 3 year old eye :) I will run at 2:15 when the kids get home and it is WARMER :) My nutrition yesterday was really pretty good. I had yummy brown rice sushi (spicy tuna) for dinner that was divine! I had a bowl of Cheerios for a snack when I got home from work at 9:30 pm. I don't remember breakfast or lunch. I did have the heels of my homemade whole wheat bread with a bit of honey for a snack. Oh- I had some left over pasta for lunch. I had an apple some where in there. Oh yeah- I had a banana smoothie for breakfast. I did have a chocolate attack after lunch and ate about 1/3 C of milk chocolate chips. I am down 3# since monday, but that extra 3 was from the 1/2 and being sore. The chocolate wasn't the greatest choice, but little snacks like that keep me from going over the edge. Will loves the chocolate too :)
Today I have had a bowl of corn chex and am feeling fine. I am off to conquer the mountain of laundry! I shall prevail!!! I just listened to Mama Mia and tried not to sing along. :D
