I started running in May of 2006 while losing 85 lbs after my youngest was born.  I have 6 fantastic kids, 3 girls and 3 boys and a wonderful husband.  My oldest is in college and my baby is in pre-school. (Six kids in 5 schools ;)

I woke up early.  When I finally looked at the clock it was 5:50am, so I got up and ran :)  It was SO beautiful out this morning.  The moon was peaking it's face out from behind dots of clouds strewn across the dark sky.  Yes, I am feeling a little poetic this morning.  Hopefully I am spelling correctly ;)

56 minutes for my run.  Not too bad for an early morning run, 13 hours from my last run.  I have an appointment with Brady for next week.  My knee is not getting worse at all, it is just not getting any better either.  I'm off to buy some new running shoes :D  Best day ever!!

Happy Best Day Ever!

I just bought some new running shoes too.

And you reminded me, I need to call my ART guy.

Oh yeah, baby! I am going in for the sweet ART love! The pain that feels SO good ;D I think my husband might get jealous if he did not know that my Dr is TOTALLY not my type ;) Oh, that reminds me, I need to shave :D

What a poetic morning. You just made me miss getting up early. I used to love the mornings, but daylight savings knocked the wind out of me and something had to give. I needed more sleep in order to get some of these pre-marathon work outs so I started doing them at lunch during the day. Being the first one to witness the world does cause one to was poetic. I wonder if Dr. Brady knows how many times his name has been mentioned on this blog. Everyone has gone to him but me. I wonder if he can ART my brain.
