First run since SGM. Took it very easy. Didn't wear a watch..guessing I was 8:30-9:00 pace. Felt pretty good. No right calf pain. But, definitely feel something on outside of left ankle. I wonder if this pain has been here for quite some time, only masked by my constant Achilles tenderness. I'll try it again on Wednesday.
Darin and Eric ran too, it was tough letting them go ahead of me, but they did 5 miles (at 7:15/mi) and I did 4..and finished a minute or so in front of them...I really expected them to catch me. Was a beautiful day. 60s, 15 MPH S Wind. |
