My first run since rolling my ankle. Went to the track this evening. Did 3 x 1mile with 1 lap walk between miles. Felt pretty good. Forgot my HRM.
7:56, 7:11, 7:06 (Garmin was way off -- had about 1/4 lap to go when mile elapsed each time)
Was surprised to weigh-in tonight at 194.8 -- thought I would have gained weight with all that I ate yesterday
